南京东润带业有限公司创建于2009年，地处六朝古都的南京市郊、江南圣地—高淳，是一家专业生产PVC、PU、PE等轻型输送带和金属橡塑连体垫片的高新技术企业。产品广泛应用于烟草、物流、木材、石材、电子、食品等行业领域。

公司现有职工120多人，大专以上学历32人，中高级技术人员10人，其中高级工程师2人。公司拥有一批以中高级工程师为主的技术骨干队伍，具有较强的研发能力，全部产品拥有自主知识产权，现已获得发明专利4项，实用新型专利8项。

经过多年的发展，公司累计投资2360万元，进行了生产工艺环保化、节能化改造及新品研发，先后投入了导热油加热替代红外管加热节能技改项目、橡塑产品技改项目、PVC防静电输送带扩产项目、电机变频改造项目等。

公司在积极投入硬件的同时，注重加强品牌建设，新产品开发，成功注册“金東潤”商标，并获得南京市著名商标，高防静电PVC轻型输送带产品被认定为江苏省高新技术产品。公司荣获高新技术企业、江苏省民营科技企业、江苏省科技型中小企业等称号，并通过江苏省企业信用管理贯标。公司轻型输送带研究中心被南京市经信委认定为南京市企业技术中心。

在加大研发投入，走科技创新道路的同时，公司加强对外产学研合作，积极与国家橡胶密封制品质量监督检验中心、徐州工业职业技术学院、西北橡胶研究设计院、上海橡胶研究所等科研院所及南京金陵科技学院等院校进行对接，积极进行人才引进及培训，并聘请其专家作为我公司顾问团队。去年已引进中高级工程师3名，橡塑高分子类研究生2名，另招聘了大批高分子材料专业本科生，夯实了企业研发创新能力。
